To book a car, you will need:
1. A valid driver's license with a minimum validity of one year.
2. A bank card for the deposit on the chosen vehicle.
Additionally, during the booking process, you will be required to provide personal information, such as your full name, phone number, and other contact details.

If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, you can do so on our website. Alternatively, you can send a cancellation or modification request by replying to the email containing your voucher. The terms and conditions for cancellations and modifications can be found on our website.

When making a reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 15–20% of the rental cost. The remaining amount is paid when you pick up the car.

You must return the car in the same condition in which you received it, with the same amount of fuel. Otherwise, you will be charged for refueling services. All cars are provided in a clean condition at the time of rental. If the exterior condition of the car upon return hinders inspection, it will be inspected only after washing, the cost of which will be charged to the renter.

If you wish to extend the rental period, you must contact the rental company manager and notify them in advance. It is important to do this at least one day before the current rental period ends, as the car may already be booked by another customer.

First and foremost, take all necessary measures to prevent further damage to the car and ensure the safety of all road users. After that, immediately contact the rental company manager. They will provide you with the necessary assistance and guide you on the next steps.

Generally, the rental company staff will contact you the day before the rental via messenger or by phone, using the number you provided in your order, to inform you of the meeting details at the airport or another agreed-upon location. Please note that the voucher contains contact information for the staff in the lower left corner (Viber and WhatsApp), allowing you to contact them directly if you have any questions.
